Julito Rocreo Remotigue, lovingly known as Totoy, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2024 at the age of 75. He was surrounded by his beloved family, who were the center of his world. Born on November 24,1948 in Libmanan, Camarines Sur Philippine to Jesus and Juanita Remotigue. Julito graduated in 1972 at University of Santo Tomas Manilla with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for prestigious engineering companies like Bechtel , Mustang, and EEI Corp for over 40 years. Throughout his life, Julito was a devoted husband to Divina, his partner in love and life of 43 years. Their bond was a testament to enduring love and partnership, inspiring all who witnessed it. Together, they created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and love. As a father, Julito instilled in his children the importance of integrity, compassion, and hard work. He was a constant source of support, guidance, and encouragement, always there to celebrate their triumphs and offer solace during life's challenges. However, his greatest joy came from being a grandfather. Julito cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren, delighting in their laughter, sharing in their adventures, and imparting wisdom garnered from a life well-lived. His love for them knew no bounds, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of generations to come. Beyond his roles within his family, Julito was a cherished friend to many. His genuine warmth, infectious laughter, and genuine interest in others endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a beacon of positivity, spreading joy wherever he went. Julito lived a life guided by principles of love, kindness, and selflessness. He had no enemies, for his heart knew only forgiveness and compassion. His legacy of love and generosity will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to cross paths with him. Julito is survived by Divina, his devoted wife of 43 years; his children, Janice and Franky, Jeffrey and Jean, Jessica and Juan, his grandchildren, Julius, Jaylene, Jace, Jiselle, Jeremiah; siblings Joel, Josephine, Jasmine, and Joventino. In honoring Julito’s memory, let us strive to emulate his unwavering devotion to family, his boundless compassion for others, and his ability to find joy in life's simplest pleasures. Though he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will live on in the countless lives he touched and the memories he created. Julito will forever remain alive in our hearts, remembered for his boundless love, unwavering kindness, and enduring legacy of family first.
