It is with deep sorrow and heartbreak that we announce the passing of Ceicilia Valentina Corsetti " CeCe", who was born on March 20, 1997, and passed away on May 1, 2026. Ceicilia was raised in Vallejo, where she spent her life bringing love, laughter, and light to everyone around her. Ceicilia was the beloved daughter and best friend of Melinda Drymon. Through every up and down, every right and wrong, it was always Melinda who CeCe had at the end of each and every day. Their bond was unbreakable, filled with unconditional love, loyalty, strength, and understanding that only they could share. She was also lovingly raised alongside her great-grandmother, Dorothy Adams, who held a very special place in her heart. She was deeply loved by her fathers, Brian Buster and Marcus DelRosario, along with her aunt, Michelle Buster, and her grandmother, Fran Jacobs Buster. Family meant everything to Ceicilia, and she meant everything to her family in return. She leaves behind her sisters, Sophia Maxine Buster, Madison Alexis Buster, Daphney Rose Buster, and Lilian Gisselle, as well as her beloved niece Ella and nephew Jose “Papa,” all of whom she loved deeply and was deeply loved by. From an early age, Ceicilia had a gift for making the people she loved happy. Seeing others smile brought her genuine joy. There was not a life she entered that she did not leave a lasting impact on. She was selfless, compassionate, and never judgmental — the kind of person who made people feel safe, accepted, and loved simply by being herself. Ceicilia was incredibly talented and intelligent. She had a natural gift for art and drawing from a young age and excelled in school in all subjects. In recent years, she had begun pursuing new goals for herself, including enrolling in classes and continuing to follow her passion and dream of music. Some of Ceicilia’s happiest memories and greatest adventures were shared with her best friend Kat, who stood beside her through so many important moments in life, along with her other best friend, AJ. Both Kat and AJ will forever be considered a piece of Cece that her family will hold close and dear in their hearts always. Through many seasons of life, Ceicilia was an amazing source of strength and support for her mother and those closest to her. She was never someone to be taken for granted. Her warmth, kindness, and the little laugh she would let out between her words will forever echo in the hearts and memories of all who truly loved her. Though her time here was far too short, Ceicilia’s love, spirit, and impact will live on forever through her family, her memories, and every person blessed enough to know her. She will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and never forgotten.
